Harr's Mighty Mouse

Mouse is sort of our mascot, he is out of one of our first litters born many years ago.

Mouse will always remain on our main page and in our hearts.

Hi! My name is Mouse and I am only eight weeks old. I come from a very loving environment. I was born in my breeder's kitchen and was raised right in her home with my brothers and sisters. My breeder made sure I got a good home with people who really wanted me, who had a safe fenced play area for me and did not leave me alone all day every day. I had all the vaccines required for my age, was de-wormed twice, had my poor tail docked and my dew claws removed at 3 days old and was examined by a vet at least twice before I was allowed to go to my new home. I tell you that was a lot of stuff for a little guy. My breeder wanted to make sure that all was well with me and that I didn't need any special treatment or have any problems or defects. I guess she knew what she was doing because I have great people who love me and take care of me. I may be little but I am very mighty, happy and healthy.

My breeding program and my dog showing have been put on hold for the time being. I have other commitments at this time of my life. I will be back in not the too distant future I am hoping.

My dual champions, champions and stud dogs are standing at stud to approved bitches.

Our goal at Harr Perm® Miniature Pinschers is to raise the best quality dog we can, always improving on what we produce and striving for the ultimate. We breed dogs that are sound in body, mind and spirit for pet homes and for the show ring. We own what we breed and we stand behind our dogs for life and have produced some of the best quality Miniature Pinschers in Canada.

Mouse, whose story is to the left of this page, is just one small example of how we raise and place our puppies. Our puppies and adult dogs are well loved and live in a home enviroment. They are looked after to the best of our ability, kept in a clean home. Our dogs' vaccines and de-worming are always up to date and each pup leaves here with the veterinarian's health record and a written contract. They also leave with the new owner's understanding that, if for any reason the puppy or dog is not wanted or can not be kept any longer, we will accept the dog back.

We are not a commercial breeder ... we do not accept credit cards!

We do not negotiate the pricing of pups or dogs. The price is the price.

To hold a living creature, to see its loveliness and to breathe in that sweet puppy breath, to feel its heart beat in your hands, to know its trust in you, is to understand the special bond between a puppy and its breeder.
